PromoDispensary uses Stripe for handling payments.

Purchasing a Promotion

When you pay for a promotion, we guarantee your promotion will be posted for the duration of the promo period.

If your promotion is removed by the channel before the end of the promo period, then we offer a full money-back guarantee.

Refund Policy

You can cancel any requested promo, up until 6 hours before the scheduled promotion date.

Disputes

If a client desires to cancel a promotion after it has started, then the promotion goes into dispute.

In the case of dispute, a refund will be issued to the client if one of the refundable reasons is applicable. Otherwise, the promotion will be cancelled and funds will be released to the promotion page owner’s account.

Refundable reasons for cancellation:

• Channel has removed content prior to end of promotion period
• Channel has altered content
• Channel has changed visibility
  • from public to private or vice-versa.
  • Channel has been taken down
• Channel has failed to distribute content properly.
  Examples:
  • Content has been posted to incorrect source
  • Incorrect content has been posted
  • Channel has failed to properly credit content to owner (unless otherwise instructed by client through message on platform)

Non-refunable reasons for cancellation:

• Client no longer desires promo AFTER promotional content has been released
