Once you have found a channel you like and want your content on, you can submit a request.
Your request includes a brief message and the content you want to be promoted.
After submitting a request, it's up to the Channel to accept or reject.
Once the channel accepts, you pay for the promotion.
Payments are held by PromoDispensary until after the promotion is complete, so you can rest assured that the promotion will be completed or your money will be returned.
After you have paid for your promotion, the Channel Owner must start your promotion on the agreed upon date (or within 7 days of payment, if no specific date has been requested).
